General Hospital spoilers for the week of September 14-18 suggest that Jack Brennan’s (Chris McKenna) wallet is discovered, while William Baines (Alimi Ballard) makes an arrest. Plus, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) makes a bold move.
The ABC soap just dropped its weekly preview, and it looks like the proverbial poop is about to hit the fan in Port Charles, so let’s unpack all the drama.
Things Aren’t Good …
General Hospital’s promo video for the week of September 14 starts with a scene between Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) and Alexis.
As Molly has been away for a little bit, promoting her new book, the daughter will catch up with her mom. Molly asks Alexis how things are and if she’s missed anything big. Alexis tells Molly, “Oh, they’re not good – not good at all!”
Alexis will likely fill Molly in on her new plan to deal with Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) restraining order. Alexis wants to spend time with Scout Cain (Kayden Brenna Tokarski) behind Drew’s back, but this scheme could backfire on both of them.
Not only is Molly an assistant district attorney and could stand to lose a lot by not following Drew’s legally binding restraining order, but so could Alexis, so it’ll be interesting to see how these two women proceed.
Ava Jerome In A Panic
Speaking of Drew, the General Hospital promo shows him and Ava Jerome (Maura West) plotting their next move. Ava reminds Drew that men like Brennan don’t just disappear, and she’s not wrong. She seems super stressed over this entire ordeal, and she has every right to be.
After all, as the preview progresses, it appears that Brennan’s wallet is discovered by someone. A scene shows gloved hands handling the wallet; however, it is unclear if William Baines (Alimi Ballard) finds it or someone else.
With that said, Baines will continue his investigation this week and tell someone unknown that he has some questions for them. As the interim WSB Chief says this, Drew’s face appears, then Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), and lastly, Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen).
An Arrest
As the promo comes to a close, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) seems to be in a parking garage, with a panicked Ava behind him. Ava is heard in the voiceover stating, “How exactly are we going to deal with that?”
The final scene in the weekly preview shows Baines at the Metro Court Pool telling someone unknown, “You’re under arrest.”
