General Hospital spoilers and updates for the week of September 7-11 indicate that viewers can expect some shocking developments and unsettling clues. There will be intense confrontations and several residents of Port Charles caught in precarious situations.

Ava Hides Her Involvement

To begin with, Ava Jerome (Maura West) will take steps to hide her involvement in Jack Brennan’s (Chris McKenna) death and the secrets she shares with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).

Brennan’s disappearance is bound to stir up some drama, and it’s likely that his body will be discovered sooner rather than later. The burial site Drew has chosen for Brennan may not keep the remains hidden for long.

Ava could find herself in hot water with the authorities, as she was one of the last individuals to see Brennan at the Metro Court Gardens. And especially since Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) was close by during their encounter.

Nina A Prime Suspect

Meanwhile, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) could be in even deeper trouble if Drew manages to pin the blame for Brennan’s death on her. Given that several witnesses observed Nina confront Brennan recently, she could easily find herself on the PCPD’s list of suspects.

Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) might start to feel anxious about the growing suspicions surrounding Nina and fear for her own future, especially without Brennan to fulfill her blackmail needs! Meanwhile, Drew is set to have numerous reasons to be furious in the upcoming episodes.

Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) have discovered Drew’s complete business strategy for re-entering the corporate scene, and they intend to exploit it for their own gain.

Drew Gets Mad, Trina Is Shocked

This could undoubtedly infuriate Drew, but he might be even more upset if Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) manages to regain his peers’ trust at Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) forthcoming asset auction.

On another note, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will be reacting to some shocking news. Will this be related to the Brennan situation, or could it connect to her music storyline instead?

Regardless, Trina’s stalker will persist in monitoring her and scheming against Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup), who might not make it out of this storyline alive. It may take some time before Kai faces serious harm or death, but that appears to be the direction this plot is heading.

Lucas And Joe Get Closer, Anna Lures Britt Into A Trap!

Meanwhile, Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) and Joe Fitzpatrick (Jonathan Bennett) are set to deepen their relationship as they share an apartment-this living arrangement might just ignite some chemistry between them.

Additionally, GH fans will witness the consequences of Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) threatening Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) at gunpoint.
