Has Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) taken Sonny’s place,  now that Jason’s out of the mob and Valentin’s trying to get back into ELQ?

From The Three Mobsketeers To Three Friends, All In Business, All Parents

The three have all had their not-so-squeaky clean pasts to overcome, Carly, all kinds of mischief, Jason, the mob, and Valentin, the mercenary; so that certainly gives them something in common.

Jason and Valentin are the newest escapees from not such perfectly legal lifestyles, plus all three of them have children they’ve done anything to protect.

But now the three are all in business, Carly  owns two, Valentin had and may still have Cassadine Industries, and Jason’s at least a shareholder in ELQ.

Jason and Carly go back years, when he practically helped her raise his nephew, Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) while ‘Caradine’ is a more recent relationship.

Carly is even related to Valentin’s daughter, since her cousin Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) is Charlotte Cassadine’s (Bluesy Burke) mother-and Jason’s son Danny  Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) is Charlotte’s best friend.

The Focus Is Changing For The ABC Soap

The focus is changing for the ABC soap, with not so much mob-related stories and more hospital related and with the main businesses-there’ll still be the WSB for the foreseeable future.

And with the focus changing for the soap, the focus changes for the characters as well and the stories they’re in, so Carly, Valentin and Jason will have different focuses than Sonny, Carly and Jason.

Chances are, these will be storylines focused on their businesses and also on their families.  But for sure, if one of their children is in trouble, they will team up to help if necessary-just as Valentin and Jason have already done regarding Josslyn Jacks’ (Eden McCoy) dangerous job in the WSB.

With Josslyn, Donna, Danny And Charlotte There Are A Lot Of Kids To Protect

With Josslyn, Donna Corinthos, (Scarlett Spears) and Danny and Charlotte, there are a lot of kids to protect, even though Josslyn has proven she can take care of herself.

As far as their business storylines, it hasn’t really been revealed Jason’s actual job even though he’s a Quartermaine by birth.

Jason has managed Sonny’s legal businesses, although Volonino’s Gym and Pozzulo’s, the restaurant aren’t huge corporations, and at Corinthos Coffee, he was basically a clerk.

It will be interesting to see what Jason’s actual career will be from here on out, even though he is most likely a shareholder in ELQ.

It wouldn’t have made much sense for Valentin to talk to Jason about rejoining ELQ if he didn’t have some authority there!
