Sonny Told Anna She Needs To Be In Therapy
Anna did let on to Sonny that there were still some things that had not gone away after her traumatic captivity experience, and Sonny told Anna she needs to be in therapy. But she didn’t follow up, as far as getting the name of the therapist that Sonny offered to give her.
But then, immediately after Sonny left, and they’d had the discussion about her buying land on Emerson Mountain, that Sonny owns, she again hallucinated Peter August (Wes Ramsey).
He told her she didn’t need a therapist, she had him; and moreover, he continually goads her about eliminating Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) His rationale being, all of Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) children are alike-she could disprove that by remembering the real Nathan West (Ryan Paevey)!
Valentin Could Tell Something Was Wrong
Valentin could tell something was wrong with Anna as well, when he paid her a visit-and he, better than anyone, understood the terror she’d been through being gaslighted by Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes).
She’d also been drugged and at least to some extent, brainwashed into believing that Cesar was alive and was holding her captive.
He only wished he could have breached Wyndemere sooner and found her in the room that likely once was the one Anna and Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) had held Cesar in when he was still alive!
But that was a good five or six years before Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) died and Valentin took over the castle, before losing the inheritance to Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss).
Sonny Wanted Rid Of Valentin In Carly’s Life, Plus They’re Competing For Sidwell’s Properties
Sonny had wanted rid of Valentin in Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) life, plus both are competing for Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) properties-Valentin mainly wants Spoon Island and Wyndemere.
But the two have occasion to talk about Anna, and how they both know that something’s still not right with her-she basically faked it to get out of the clinic in France.
Valentin had hoped to break her out of it, and had called under Kevin Collins’ (Jon Lindstrom) name from a burner phone to keep a check on her condition.
They agree to bury the hatchet for Anna’s sake, and even though Sonny told Anna he’d keep her request to buy land on his mountain a secret, he does reveal it to Valentin in strict confidence.
Both agree that’s a suspicious request for Anna, and the least thing she needs now is isolation from her friends and her family!
