General Hospital Spoilers: Rory Gibson Celebrates Huge Milestone, Marries Longtime Love Alicia Ruelas
General Hospital (GH) news reveals that Rory Gibson got married to the love of his life in Kauai, Hawaii on Saturday, July 11.
Gibson plays Michael Quartermaine on the ABC soap and he and his beautiful bride, Alicia Ruelas have been together for 15 years.

A while back, Ruelas posted a cute pic and captioned the Instagram post: “AHHHH! I’m going to be future Mrs. Gibson… I’m in shock!”
That was back on October 16, 2022 and we understand that the proposal took place on Mākena Beach in Maui, Hawaii. One pic shows the happy couple standing in front of the ocean, with big black boulders keeping the water from reaching their feet.
Ruelas wore a fuchsia dress and lei while Gibson looked handsome in a black fit, a bottle of champagne in his hand. Both looked ecstatic!
In another pic Gibson showed a hang loose sign Ruelas showed off her gorgeous engagement ring. GH’s own Ryan Paevey (ex-Cassius, ex-Nathan) made Gibson’s wedding band.

We wish that we could say that Gibson’s GH character is also living his best life but that would be a lie.
As usual, Michael is up to his ears in deceit and darkness. He’s trying to frame his ex-wife Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) for custody of their kids and this is a battle that should have been over long ago for everyone’s sakes.

Instead, Michael wants Willow to take the fall for a crime she didn’t commit and he doesn’t know that his cousin Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) has already implicated her to the police.
Maybe if they had consulted each other in that big mansion the Q’s live in he could have saved some time.
Michael & BLQ Want Willow Gone
It’s not like Michael needs a distraction from his personal life, he has a gorgeous girlfriend, Jacinda Brackett (Paige Herschell), and adorable kids to dote on.
