General Hospital Spoilers: Joe Risks Everything Exposing Britt’s Explosive Truth – WSB Retaliation Ahead?

Detective Joe Fitzpatrick may uncover the truth behind Britt's shocking claims, but challenging the WSB's official story could put a target squarely on his back.

General Hospital Spoilers: Joe Risks Everything Exposing Britt's Explosive Truth - WSB Retaliation Ahead?

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease there could be danger for Detective Joe Fitzpatrick (Jonathan Bennett) if he exposes Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) truths.

Britt told Joe that contrary to the official WSB cover story, Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) was a double agent, blackmailing her with a fake Huntington’s cure, and certainly not a hero!

Key Takeaways

  • Joe could face serious danger if he exposes Britt’s version of the Ross Cullum cover-up.
  • The WSB’s official narrative may unravel if Joe uncovers hard evidence.
  • Jack Brennan and the WSB continue to blur the line between justice and deception.
  • Jason’s alleged treatment in the WSB black site raises disturbing questions about the agency’s methods.
  • Joe’s determination to follow the truth could make him the WSB’s next target.

It’s Hard To Tell The Good Guys From The Bad Guys In The WSB These Days!

It’s hard to tell the good guys from the bad guys in the WSB these days, even Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) thought Cullum was a good guy!

This was when Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) blamed him for her gaslighting, Anna choosing to believe it must have been Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey).

But Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) was the reason for the Cullum heroics coverup story, and she bargained Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) freedom for it.

But Joe is a law-and-order guy, not a duplicitous WSB agent, and it doesn’t matter whether they’re double agents these days or not.

It seems like they’re all a little bit shady, depending on how they need to spin the narrative-it seems like they haven’t been one hundred percent good guys for a while now.

Jack Brennan Isn’t A Double Agent, But He Certainly Blurs The Lines Between Good Guy And Bad Guy

Jack Brennan (Chris L. McKenna) isn’t a double agent, but he certainly blurs the lines between good guy and bad guy-he’s been known to hide and alter certain evidence to fit the purpose.

The WSB doesn’t need the local police’s cooperation on a given case, they just pull it out of their hands-that’s happened on a number of occasions!

But, Jack is just an example-and he is one of many holding WSB power, but his is limited to Port Charles right now.

GH fans will remember that when Cullum put Jason under arrest, he didn’t need a warrant-he just had him loaded up and sent to a WSB black site in Jakarta.

Fans will see that Jason was quite possibly starved and abused, so the WSB doesn’t consider even basic human rights!

If Joe Exposes Britt’s Truths, Contradicting The Official Cover Story, Will He Meet With Danger?

So now the question is, if Joe exposes Britt’s truths, contradicting the official cover story, will he meet with danger, initiated by the WSB?

No one would be surprised should Joe be arrested and taken to the same place Jason was, to keep the official narrative going.

Joe isn’t someone who can be bribed or bought, although he’s kept his doubts to himself about mob king Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) being temporary police commissioner Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) father.

Even if Joe has proof positive that the WSB coverup story is fake, it’s going to be very dangerous to try and expose it! Even Z (John Oliver) isn’t a goody two shoes, or he wouldn’t have taken Josslyn’s suggestions to heart!
