It looks like the writers are making everyone feel a little uncomfortable here. That’s because General Hospital fans can’t help but find this one friendship to be a little creepy.

And of course, we are talking about Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr).

For a lot of viewers of the soap, it just seems odd that a teen like Rocco would be fixated on a woman who was his surrogate. Sure, not everyone is a fan of Lulu and Dante, but not everyone has a right to just take their child away from them, right?

And while Rocco might be willing to travel with Britt, it’s still illegal for her to take him out of t he country.

It goes without saying that the internet certainly did have a lot to say about the matter.

Some even commented with, “I get that he is curious about Britt, but I think it’s pretty unrealistic that he would have this sudden intense love and devotion for her. He might even be in love with her, too.”

Another critic of the soap wrote, “Why? She accepts him. She doesn’t question his judgment. She’s too busy wanting to get to know the real him.

Dante and Lulu are too busy telling him that Britt is bad which basically is telling him that his feelings are wrong.”

What’s Next For Britt And Rocco?

“Britt is accepting of him and has proven just how hard she was willing to protect him when she found out about him being the person that shot Cullum.”

And then there was this comment as well: “I think the timing of his sudden motherly devotion is off.

Most teenage kids would be highly skeptical when they heard the story of how their embryo was stolen, and how this person lied about who they were for a period of time when they were an infant. He barely knows Britt.”

Then again, GH fans will simply have to tune in each and every day to find out what will happen next. Watch this space as we have a feeling there is so much more to come.
