General Hospital spoilers are in for the next 2 weeks. From May 25 to June 2, we can expect to see what happens to Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr). There will be some quick cover-ups. Plus, expect a warped twist or two. Keep reading to find out what is coming up in the ABC soap opera.
Joe Fitzpatrick’s Investigation
Before getting to the 2-weekers, let’s start off with what is happening from May 25 to 29, 2026. There will be Joe Fitzpatrick (Jonathan Bennett), who continues investigating. The man will get a little help from Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard).
Lulu Spencer’s Agreement
As for Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening), she will realize Rocco running off with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) is all her fault. The woman will strategize with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna).
Even though Dante wants to follow the law, he also has no idea where Britt would take his son. Then, there is also Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes). As long as the man is around, Rocco is in grave danger. So, Dante and Lulu might just have to hope that Britt keeps their son safe.
What Else to Expect
As for the rest of the week, Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) gets consoled by Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner). While Rocco did turn to Gio, he also didn’t say anything. Gio did the right thing by telling Dante, but he could feel like he failed his brother all over again.
Over with Willow Tait Cain (Katelyn MacMullen), she will make an alarming discovery. The woman will realize that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) didn’t inject Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) a second time.
Next 2 Weeks
General Hospital spoilers for the week of June 1 reveal that we could see Elaine (Judy Kain) have more evidence for Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson).
Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) could get bitter over Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) attack. Isaiah couldn’t perform the surgery and needs operations on his own hand. So, that resentment could continue brewing.
Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Ava Jerome (Maura West) will dig for information in Manhattan about Delilah Wilson (Lily Cardone). Will they find some information and if so, how will this affect Ethan Lovett (Nathan West) as well as Chase and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton)?
Plus, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will strategize over how to handle Cassius Faison aka fake Nathan West (Ryan Paevey). Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) left some makeshift weapons, so Joss could use them on Cassius.
