General Hospital Spoilers: Isaiah’s Confession Puts Rocco in Danger – Sparks Dangerous Fallout

General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest that Isaiah Gannon (Swandi Wilson) may be forced to throw Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) under the bus if he’s hauled into the PCPD.
As fans may know, a fresh piece of evidence has surfaced surrounding the car crash that Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) survived, and it may point to Isaiah. What happens next? Let’s talk about it!
All In The Paint
General Hospital spoilers for the Wednesday, April 22 episode remind fans that the PCPD were able to analyze the paint scraped against the guard rail that was opposite of where Curtis and Jordan’s car landed.
After a forensics review, it was determined that a black, German-made vehicle swerved to avoid Jordan’s.
When Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) called Curtis to update, the man immediately remembered that Isaiah had an SUV that color, right after he hung up the phone.
Fans know that Isaiah was out and about that night, as Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) summoned the man for a private doctor’s visit.
Rocco had hurt his hand when he shot WSB Director Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes), and it was infected and needed medical attention; however, as Lulu didn’t want any evidence linking Rocco to any shooting, she didn’t want to go to the hospital.

She was afraid that too many questions would be asked, and a doctor or nurse would deduce that Rocco’s injury was caused by shooting a gun.
Lulu asked for Isaiah’s confidentiality with the visit, and even though she didn’t tell him why, he agreed to tell no one that he had visited them that night. Still, if his freedom is on the line, could he backtrack?
Isaiah Gannon’s Desperate Actions
The wildest part of this manhunt is the fact that it’s been noted in dialogue that Jordan and Curtis’s accident was just that – an accident. Still, ADA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) seems adamant that the person who was involved should’ve stopped and helped Curtis and Jordan.
Isaiah may get dragged into the police station, with Dante possibly hurling accusations at him. It also doesn’t help that there’s animosity between him and Curtis, and Jordan is his ex.
Dante may have a time stamp of when the crash occurred, and there’s a good chance that Isaiah was at Lulu’s house when this all went down, giving him a concrete alibi.
Now, another sticky aspect to this all is that Rocco is Dante’s son, and he’s been feeling as if Lulu and the teen have been hiding something from him.
Should Isaiah throw Lulu and Rocco under the bus, will this trigger even more suspicion from Dante? Could he finally learn that Rocco shot Cullum?
