General Hospital Weekly Spoilers: Jason Says Goodbye, Lulu’s Dreams Come True
General Hospital weekly spoilers for March 16-20, 2026, reveal Jason making preparations for what could be a very long absence, as Lulu decides to go for broke.
Saving Britt
Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is once again choosing a woman and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) over his own son, but at least the woman isn’t Carly Spencer (Laura Wright). He is leaving her alone with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) to get Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) out of the WSB.
Jason tells Sonny that he is leaving town to wait for Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) to get his hands on Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) meds. Once that happens, they can move on Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes).
Jason also has to tell Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) he is leaving, which will be his hardest goodbye. Jason has spent weeks lining up people to take care of Danny, but none of these people is his father.
At Wyndemere, Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) takes a big risk just to get Britt one dose of what might be in those little syringes. Things take a dark turn when Britt is shaken. Does she learn what she has really been injecting into her stomach for the last few years?
Lulu and Nathan’s Date
Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) finally has all the advice she needs, as well as a go-ahead from Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms). So, she and Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) go out on their very first official date. As expected, the date is rudely interrupted. Is it police business or is Maxie not as okay with them dating as she says she is?
As for Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), is he the reason that Elizabeth Webber Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) is put on the spot? Dante has taken quite a liking to Elizabeth is looks for any reason to see her of late.
Other Port Charles Happenings
Despite their concerns about Baby Jane Doe, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) make some time for romance this week. Also, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) goes looking for answers, as she still needs to know what is really going on with Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen).
And finally, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) can’t contain her outrage when she realizes that Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) may be pregnant.
