General Hospital Weekly Spoilers: Chase In DEEP Trouble, Maxie’s Dilemma, Congressional Wars, And More
General Hospital weekly spoilers for February 23-27, 2026, reveal a huge week in Port Charles as multiple stories come to a head.
Michael’s Fury
Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) doesn’t remain at the PCPD for long. Thanks to Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst), they have to let him go, so Michael returns home to confront his former BFF, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard).
Michael can’t believe Chase would set him up like that. He doesn’t even tell him what he knows before punching Chase in the face right in front of Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton).
Meanwhile, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) continues to live her life with most people thinking she was wrongly accused and is now sacrificing everything to take care of her husband. She has even decided to run for Congress and take Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) seat. Too bad Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) also wants the seat.
When Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) plays hardball and Laura Collins (Genie Francis) holds a press conference, Alexis is stunned. Does that mean Sidwell is forcing Laura to back Willow for Congress and not Alexis?
Maxie and Nathan Reunite, More Mysteries Abound
Things are certainly awkward between Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) when they finally see each other after all these years. Neither one of them knows quite what to say to the other. Will Maxie realize something is off with Nathan, since nobody has figured this out yet?
Britt Westborne (Kelly Thiebaud) seemed to know things were strange, but she became more focused on herself and with good reason.
She continues her work in that secret lab this week, while also coming up with a new game plan with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). Somehow, they have to get their hands on her meds. By the end of the week, Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) needs her daughter’s help.
Other Port Charles Happenings
Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) encourages Molly Lansing Davis (Kristen Vaganos) to publish her book, but will she have the guts to do it? Will Cody also forgive Molly now that he has read the entire thing?
Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) is rethinking his Wyndemere decision this week as he demands more answers from Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo), but will he get them?
Tune into all-new episodes of General Hospital weekdays on CBS to see how these stories play out.
