General Hospital spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for the week of February 16, 2026. It shows Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) insisting that Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) belongs with Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms).

Maxie Jones’ Homecoming
Let’s start off with Maxie, who just woke up from a coma. The blonde has returned home and is just enjoying her children right now.
However, she is about to get some more bombshells. While everyone is thrilled that Maxie is out of her coma, things have changed quite a bit. Plus, Maxie will have some tough decisions to make.
Liesl Obrecht’s Obsession
There is Obrecht, who happily declares that Maxie is awake! Then, later in the preview clip, Liesl has a chat with Nathan.
The woman insists that Nathan and Maxie belong together. However, it’s not that simple as Maxie built a life with Spinelli while Nathan was “dead.”
Damian Spinelli’s Fear
General Hospital spoilers for the week of February 16 reveal that the preview clip shows Spinelli opening up about his fears. The man honestly admits that he could lose his entire family.
However, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) gave him some wise advice before, I wonder if he will keep that in mind as we head into a new week.
Lulu Spencer’s Confession
Over with Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening), she looks quite sad in the preview clip. Then, we see Lulu and Maxie having a chat.
It sounds like Lulu tells Maxie about her complicated feelings for Nathan. Maxie looks at her friend with shock! Maxie is like, “What!?!?” So, it sounds like Lulu might get honest with her longtime friend.
Meanwhile, Liesl insists that nothing is going to get in the way of Nathan and Maxie having their happily ever after together.
Nathan West Stalked
Then, we have Nathan, who wipes some snow off a grave, most likely his own. As Nathan looks at his own name on that tombstone, he is being watched from afar.
Is this someone who will do something to make sure he can’t reunite with Maxie? Maybe this is the person responsible for him going missing in the first place. Of course, it could be Spinell or Liesl, too.
