General Hospital spoilers suggest that, as Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) is unhinged, her next fatal scheme could target her ex-husband’s new girlfriend, Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell)? Willow isn’t quite the sweet nurse fans once knew, so let’s unpack what could happen next in her storyline.
Willow Cain’s Jealousy
General Hospital spoilers note that Jacinda and Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) have gotten very close in recent months.
What started as a twosome coming together for alibi purposes has turned into a sizzling romance. In fact, while neither has dropped the “L” word – yet – Jacinda has been welcomed into Michael’s life by getting acquainted with his family and children.
Jacinda and Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) have formed a friendship, and Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) has spent time with Jacinda on multiple occasions.
The two have shared laughs, ice cream, and video games, and these events have gotten completely under Willow’s skin.
Not only because she’s barred from her children’s lives, but also because a stranger gets to spend time with them, just because she’s dating Michael.
Willow’s Logic
Many may argue that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) deserves the predicament he’s in; however, the fact that Willow tried to murder him twice is overly disturbing.
Willow is not mentally stable and blames Drew for losing custody of Wiley and Amelia Corinthos (Sequoia and Serenity Mork Macko), but instead of bringing harm to him, she could’ve just walked away; however, she chose the path she’s currently on.
With that said, Willow’s main motivation for anything lately is Wiley and Amelia. She likely figured that if she got rid of Drew, especially after she was exonerated of his shooting, there’d be nothing to stop her from gaining access to her children.
Still, Jacinda, a paid escort, spending time with them, could trigger Willow into concocting another fatal scheme. The last thing she wants is to be replaced, and she may reason (to herself) that she’s protecting Wiley and Amelia from any negative influence Jacinda exposes them to.
Mere months ago, she was partying with Drew and getting paid for spending time with influential men in the town. Willow may feel as if by offering Jacinda, she’d be doing her motherly duties by keeping Wiley and Amelia ‘safe’.
So, this begs the question … is danger headed Jacinda’s way at the hands of Willow?
