General Hospital spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for the week of January 19, 2026. It shows Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) getting into a brawl. Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) turns to Nathan West (Ryan Paevey). Plus, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) continues to be tortured. Anna Devane’s Torture
Let’s start off from the beginning. The very first scene is only a second, but shows Anna screaming no. The woman’s nightmare is just beginning with a Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) twist.
Emma Scorpio-Drake’s SOS
As for Emma, she is really starting to worry about her grandmother. The girl already went to Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) for help. Next, the young lady will turn to Nathan for help. The college student tells the detective that she’s starting to think that Anna might be in trouble.
Will Nathan be able to find Anna and save her from the torture she’s going through?
Nina Reeves Celebrates
General Hospital spoilers reveal that the preview clip also shows Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) bringing champagne to celebrate Willow Tait Cain’s (Katelyn MacMullen) freedom. Nina is excited as she joins Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), Willow, and Scout Quartermaine (Cosette Abinante).
However, Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) is also there, watching nervously. The young man knows that with Willow now cleared, the next target will be him.
Sonny Corinthos’ Promise
As for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), he swears that Michael isn’t going to go down for Drew’s shooting. Later, Sonny confronts Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor). Of course, Turner has a job to do, but her feelings for the mob boss are complicated.
Drew Cain Attacked
Meanwhile, Drew is on the floor by the living room table. Sprawled out, the congressman holds his cheek, as if he just got punched.
That’s not the only brawl, though. It seems that Michael punches Chase as well! Even though Chase crossed some lines, he still believes in Willow’s innocence. Of course, now Michael has to worry about his own future!
Willow Tait Cain’s Future
As for Willow, she toasts to her future with Drew. Is Willow starting to turn into a full villain? There are times when the nurse seems normal, but other times, it seems like she’s transforming into something far more evil than she ever has been before.
