General Hospital Weekly Spoilers: Willow Walks Free, Emms Panics, Britt’s In Trouble
General Hospital spoilers for January 19-23, 2026, reveal a stunning week in Port Charles as the aftermath of Willow’s trial sets in.
Courtroom Shockers
WIllow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) is a free woman. She might have been the one to shoot Drew Cain (Cameron Mahtison) but Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) legal prowess and Willow’s poor little me act managed to convince a jury otherwise. Willow can’t believe she tried to murder a sitting congressman and managed to get away with it.
Now, she feels she can do anything she wants, but the first step is making sure that Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) allows her to see her kids.
Alexis intends to make Drew keep his promise to allow her to see Scout Cain (Cosette Abinante), but will that deal now extend to Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn)? As for Drew, he puts Nina Reeves on notice because he thinks he is in charge now.
Britt Can’t Live Her Life
All Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) wants is to be a doctor and deliver babies, but that’s easier said than done when you’re Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) daughter. She tries to just live how she wants and asks Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) on a date, but things don’t go quite as planned.
Britt is backed into a corner and once again reminded what her job is. She needs to finish her father’s research or she won’t have the meds she needs to keep her functioning. Jason can tell there is something very wrong and begs Britt to tell him what’s really going on.
Saving Anna and Other Port Charles Happenings
Emma Scorpio Drake (Braedyn Bruner) realizes that something is very wrong with her grandmother, and is determined to get to the bottom of things. To that end, she goes to Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) for help, which might not be the best idea.
Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) and Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Budig) spring into action when a patient is brought into the ER. Lucas is later forced to deliver devastating news. Does somebody die?
And finally, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) discuss their future. Does that mean the adoption plans might be back on?
