General Hospital star Kirsten Storms (Maxie Jones) locked the comments on Instagram six days ago. Actually, she did that back in October as well. But now, she’s unlocked them, so let’s see how her ABC fans are reacting.
No Advice Wanted?
When the news arrived about last week’s locked post, many people wondered about why she did that. And, it seems that ABC fans concluded she was sick and tired of folks giving her health advice. Well, a few days later, she gave an update.
Four days ago, she posted about how much she appreciates “the messages and stories offered of your own experiences. I needed those…”
Next, she chatted about it’s “super easy to be silly and have fun on these platforms, but getting deep about online rumors and my feelings about them? Hah….I’d rather switch to decaf coffee.” Then she added, “(My psychologist would tell me that’s a clear example of “avoidance”.)”
Anyway, she wrapped up by telling her General Hospital fans that she might be back on the show: “maaaaybe.” Plenty of Christmas wishes went her way in the comments section.
A Newer Post Opened For Comments
Well, on December 27, the real-life Maxie Jones reappeared. This time, Kirsten Storms wrote in her caption:

Well, one could argue that it was simply a promo. But, those folks who replied didn’t care. Just hearing from the real-life Maxie Jones made her followers happy.

How Is Her Health These Days?
Kirsten deals with a brain aneurysm, but fortunately, her updates show that she’s not likely to experience it rupturing immediately. So for now, she waits to see if the problem goes away without requiring surgery. It can’t be easy for her to be upbeat and interacting with fans all the time.
