General Hospital spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for the week of November 10, 2025. It shows Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) making a shocking discovery.
Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) and Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) strategize. Plus, someone holds onto a chair and then collapses. Keep reading and let’s talk about what is coming up in the ABC soap opera.
Harrison Chase’s Mistake
Let’s start off with Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), who is still behind bars. The woman gets visitors, including Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard).
Now, the detective might think he’s just helping to support a friend. However, the preview clip shows Chase putting his hands on top of Willow’s. Sure, it could just be a reassuring move, but then Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) ends up finding out about it.
Drew Cain’s Intel
Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) informs Drew about Willow’s visitor. It’s not that Chase went to see Willow once. It’s that he’s been to see her three times.
When the congressman learns this information, his eyebrows arch up in surprise. Fans know that this will make Drew target Chase next. At the same time, Willow had been pretty manipulative lately.
If Drew suspects Willow is getting too close to Chase, then he could whip away her lawyer.
That could also complicate the victory that Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) got getting the restraining order dropped regarding Scout Quartermaine (Cosette Abinante). It could also put Chase in grave danger as well as complicate his police career.
Gio Palmieri’s Assurance
General Hospital spoilers for the week of November 10 reveal that the preview clip also shows Gio strategizing with Emma.
The young man tells her that they are not going to get a better shot at it than tonight. This is their last chance.
While the Port Charles teens get their shot, they make a shocking discovery that could change things forever. Charlotte says, “Oh, my God!” Then, we have Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) and Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) looking shocked.
Hospital Horror & Collapse Chaos
There is also Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening), who comforts someone with their hands over their face. Laura Collins (Genie Francis) looks horrified. Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) is also at the hospital with her jaw dropping.
In the final scene, someone grips onto a chair, then collapses. I want to say those hands might belong to Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota), but I’m not sure.
