General Hospital Weekly Spoilers: A Port Charles Tragedy, Britt’s Dramatic Homecoming, and More Suspects

General Hospital

General Hospital weekly spoilers for September 15-19, 2025, reveal another week where everything seems to happen in Port Charles.

Operation Rescue Britt (And Josslyn)

Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) got Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) home safely, but now he has to deal with his own life and family. After having it out with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), he returns to the Quartermaine mansion, where he is forced to deliver some somber news.

After he delivers the news, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) and Jason share a warm moment of connection that leads Jason to reflect on his life choices. Did something happen to Monica Quartermaine, who has been sick in her bedroom for more than a year?

When Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) delivers bad news to Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), it seems more likely than ever that something does indeed happen to Monica.

Britt Tries To Explain Herself

Britt was not expecting her mother to be this angry at the fact that she faked her own death, but Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) slapping her across the face was certainly a big hint. Mother and daughter have it out in Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) living room. Nina finally snaps as she has to listen to them.

Will Liesl understand why Britt did what she did? Will Britt understand why her mother has a right to be royally ticked off? By the end of the week, Britt swallows her pride.

Other Port Charles Happenings

Anna Devane learns there is another suspect in her midst and hauls them in for questioning, while Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) questions Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) about Drew’s shooting. Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) also share suspect notes. Do they deduce anything?

Kai Talylor (Jens Austin Astrup) finds himself making an alarming realization. Does he remember that he left a baseball bat with his prints all over it in Drew’s living room? Not a smart move, Kai.

And finally, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) helps an accident victim, Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) asks Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) for a favor, Danny Morgan issues a plea, and Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) opens up to Ava Jerome (Maura West).

Tune in to all-new episodes of General Hospital weekdays on ABC to see how these stories play out.
