General Hospital spoilers indicate that almost all of the residents of Port Charles have reason to want Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) dead.
Drew has committed one nefarious deed after another, and his next move is even worse than his last.
It is only a matter of time before someone takes matters into their own hands, and Drew is on the other end of a deadly weapon. Drew has made enemies in every corner, and someone in Port Charles could do him in soon!
Drew Cain Is Found Murdered
After making enemies left and right, Drew could be found dead in a pool of blood at his home. It appears that someone finally was tired of his horrible deeds, and decided that Drew needed to go.
Perhaps Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) arrives at his home, and finds Drew dead. Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zampronga) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) would have their hands full, as nearly every resident in Port Charles has a reason to want Drew dead.
The murder weapon would be missing, but it is very clear that Drew was attacked in his home, and that the assailant was relentless.
The Investigation Begins
The PCPD begins their investigation, and everyone in Port Charles that was associated with Drew is a suspect. Many are taken in for questioning.
The prime suspects would be Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) and Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson). Both are brought in for questioning, but neither has a solid alibi.
Additional suspects, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard), Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), Dr. Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and others are all being investigated, and brought in for questioning.
An Arrest Is Made
After investigating and determining that Drew was stabbed with a dagger, Alexis would be the prime suspect at this point as Anna discovers that the dagger was back in Alexis’s possession.
Enough evidence could be gathered to make an arrest, and Alexis would be formally charged with the crime.
Alexis would be arrested, and taken in, and Port Charles would be completely shocked. Did Alexis really kill Drew?
Drew Cain Makes His Appearance
In a shocking twist, it appears that Drew is being held captive somewhere. Could this really be Drew? It appears that he has been held there for years.
In fact, the Drew we have been seeing in Port Charles for some time now, could not really be Drew at all! Did the real Drew Cain die or is this the real Drew? Sooner or later, the real Drew would make his return to Port Charles and shock everyone!
The Man We Knew As Drew Cain Was An Imposter
The man that was just murdered, who was posing as Drew was not Drew at all. While his identity is still a mystery, we know that the real Drew is still alive and trying to get back to Port Charles.
Who was the imposter Drew? Was it Shiloh all along? Or was it someone else? Why was this person posing as Drew and what were they hoping to get out of it? Also who killed imposter Drew?

after reading that Drew Kane was murdered. I was very happy. He gets away with way too much now I have way too many bad people on General Hospital and then I read that he’ll probably be back and that made me very sad.
And the bad people I’m talking about does not include sunny coals to me. He’s a good guy.

Looks as though spoiler writers are preparing us for Drew Cain revival even before he has passed away. Don’t feel viewers will be too happy with this so called plot twist. Writers have penned Drew so badly even if the Drew we have seen for the last year is not the Drew we once knew, it will be very hard to accept the “real” Drew do to his manipulations and changed persona. Whenever the “real” Drew would be on canvas, all viewers would see is the Drew we know now thus not allowing the character to be as effective as he once was. If it was writers desire to destroy the Drew character they have met goal over and over again and should pat themselves on the back. But, viewers won’t be that easily appeased to have the old Drew back unless the role is recast and then it still may not work. Writers have painted the Drew character into a corner whereby there is no way to come back.
What possible reason would anyone have to impersonate Drew? What’s their end game? He doesn’t seem overly interested in the Q money, and surely it wasn’t all about Willow. He wasn’t even thinking about politics when he came back, so becoming a Congressman wasn’t his goal. And even if it was, he’s done nothing since he became one that means anything. He’s a waste of space. I could see someone impersonating Jason or even Michael, to get close to Sonny, or Sonny, to take over his territory, even Dante or Chase so they could be on the inside of the PD, But Drew isn’t relevant enough for anyone to go to the trouble. Just kill him off and leave him dead, PLEASE!

Most have said all along that we do not want Drew to turn out to be an imposter – either as Shiloh or someone else stashed away somewhere!! Do NOT bring in another “real Drew!” We just want this one dead and gone! Period! Don’t even want to hear the name!
Oh, please, this is such a warn out storyline. We want Drew gone not back as a good guy or anything else. The fans are getting fed up with him being used by the bad guys and miraculously is a good guy again. He has way past burned his bridges. Let him die finally and let it be grewsome
