General Hospital Spoilers: Who’s The Big Mystery Boss – Recent Britt Scenes Offer Clues
General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that fans have been buzzing about the mystery boss funding Henry “Hank” Dalton’s (Daniel Goddard) lab research.
Of course, because Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) is wrapped up in all this, many believe the investor is a bonafide baddie, someone who could be Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy), Jerry Jacks (Sebastian Roché), or even Peter August (Wes Ramsey).
But recent scenes seem to suggest that this mysterious person might not be as villainous as some believe.
Britt’s Demeanor At 5 Poppies
During the Monday, August 4 episode, Dr. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) had an explosive confrontation with Pascual (Marc Forget).
He was upset that she interrupted a phone call with a prospective client – Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) – while Britt wanted more freedom.
She told Pascal that “he” (we know the mystery investor is a male) wants to keep her happy and demanded to speak to their mutual friend. Pascal passed on the message, and the mystery man eventually called.
The call between Britt and her friend seemed to indicate that she wasn’t at all afraid of the man, and he actually cared for her and her health. So, is this ‘mystery investor’ all that bad?
New Prospects Enter The Speculation Pool
Another interesting thing about Monday’s show was the fact that Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) was mentioned during a chat between Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati).
As Britt’s dad, Cesar would care about her health, but is also a villain capable of working with the likes of Sidwell.
Still, what about someone like Jasper “Jax” Jacks (last played by Ingo Rademacher)? He and Britt were friends; he’s rich, and he teeters on being a hero and doing questionable things.
He also hasn’t been mentioned lately, but this also could be to create a ‘shock’ factor once the mysterious investor is revealed. Jax could also be recast.
With that said, could it be Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss)? He and Britt had a unique relationship, and even though he is in prison, there’s always the possibility he could be involved in something sketchy on the side – this is the land of soaps, after all!
