General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest some major moments in Port Charles during the week of July 7-11, as well as a flurry of casting news! Find out who’s ‘coming’ and who’s ‘going’ from the ABC soap over the next five days and beyond, below.
Hey There, Mac Scorpio!
General Hospital spoilers for the week of July 7 note that Mac Scorpio will be on canvas once again as John J. York returns.
Fans should expect to see Mac play matchmaker during the Tuesday, July 8 episode, but who will he be setting up, and does this have to do with his son, Cody Bell (Josh Kelly)?
Meanwhile, Mac’s stepdaughter, Maxie Jones, sported a new look during the Thursday, July 3 episode. Nicole Paggi filled in for Kirsten Storms that day, and fans can expect to see her over the course of the next few weeks due to some scheduling conflicts in Storms’ schedule.
With that said, this is a temporary recast, as GH viewers will see Storms return sometime during the week of August 18. This isn’t the first time Paggi has stepped into the role, as she played the character in December 2023.
Goodbye, Natalia Ramirez
Eva LaRue has officially exited the ABC soap as her character, Natalia Ramirez passed away after she took a dangerous combination of alcohol and pills during the week of June 30 to July 4.
She debuted in February 2024 as Allison Rogers’s a.k.a. Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) mother, and started off as a villainess, but did go on a road to redemption.
Alas, while she and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) dabbled in a romance, when he found out she was Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) ex, and she kept it from him, all bets were off.
Additional Notes
Other GH casting information to note that actor Chris Maher has been playing Zach on the ABC soap, while Juan Monsalvez was cast as Father Reyes, the priest who presided over Baby Daisy’s (Levi Clark Coughlin) christening.
