General Hospital Spoilers: Sasha’s Deal With Jason Hits A Major Speed Bump
Last fall, Sasha Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) had a one-night stand with her ex, Michael Corinthos, and she has been covering up the pregnancy that resulted from it ever since. Not long after, Michael found out (and agreed to stay quiet) about the baby.
Sasha wanted no help from him, and he was just beginning a custody battle with his estranged wife, Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen).
Within a matter of weeks, Michael was trapped in a firebombed penthouse and has spent months recovering at a special burn clinic in Germany.
General Hospital Spoilers: Jason Has Stepped Up And Pretended To Be The Father Of Sasha’s Baby
Sasha is still trying to protect Michael’s custody case by making sure that no one knows that he is the father of her child. She asked Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) to pretend that he was the father, and he quickly agreed. He practically raised Michael and will do anything to help him.
He has allowed the Quartermaines to believe that he fathered Sasha’s child and has taken all the heat that comes with it.
Along the way, Jason has repeatedly asked Sasha if he can help her and has offered her money to make things easier for her. Sasha has insisted that she needs to do this on her own and wants her financial independence.
General Hospital Spoilers: Jason Knows That Sasha Made A Deal With The Devil
Several months ago, Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) kidnapped Sasha in an attempt to get Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) to give him back his diamonds. Sasha didn’t think that her mother would cave to Jenz’s demands, but she did, and Sasha was freed.
Sidwell recently struck a deal with Sasha, if she simply told the ladies at Deception the truth about her kidnapping, he would pay her $200k.
Telling the truth led to him inking a deal with Deception, and the money in Sasha’s pocket meant more financial freedom and independence. It was transactional, and Sasha agreed to it. The problem is that Jason now knows about the deal and is furious.
Sidwell may be the most dangerous man in Port Charles, and Jason can’t even begin to understand why Sasha would have anything to do with him.
Working with him even once could put her and the baby at serious risk. Aside from that, Sidwell is Sonny’s biggest foe in Port Charles right now, and possibly behind the firebombing, so Jason isn’t positive that he can even trust Sasha now.
