General Hospital spoilers tease that Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) seems to be keeping a very big secret about her past.
As viewers know, Brook Lynn and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zomprogna) were once romantically involved one summer when they went to camp together, alongside Cody Bell (Josh Kelly).
But there is apparently more to the story. Brook Lynn and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) are trying to have a baby of their own, with no success.

Given Brook Lynn’s behavior, it seems as though Brook Lynn may have become pregnant after her summer fling with Dante. While it’s not clear what became of the baby, it seems as if Brook Lynn may have put the baby up for adoption without ever learning exactly who adopted the infant.
It may very well turn out that Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) is that child, all grown up now. Even so, it’s beginning to look as if there may have been some complications with Brook Lynn’s pregnancy that is making it hard for her to conceive now.
GH Spoilers – Only Lois Cerullo knows the truth!
If Brook Lynn did indeed have a difficult pregnancy or delivery, that might be exactly why she’s not able to have a baby now. Perhaps it was a particularly difficult birth and that Brook Lynn’s reproductive system was compromised without her even knowing about it. Perhaps the doctors at the time didn’t realize it either.
Either way, it’s likely that Brook Lynn has her mother Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) to lean on during this difficult time. Lois may also know more than she’s saying about who adopted Brook Lynn’s baby.

Perhaps Brook Lynn will soon make an appointment with a doctor is she doesn’t turn up pregnant soon. That’s when she may learn that her previous pregnancy has somehow left her unable to have another baby.
That means, she will soon have to confess to Chase that she not only had an earlier pregnancy but that the baby’s father was none other than Dante. This may be quite the difficult pill for Chase to swallow.
