General Hosptial Spoilers: Lucky Stands By Elizabeth During Her Darkest Hour!
General Hospital spoilers tease that Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) thought her part of the transplant surgery was routine. Sam was determined to be a match for Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havans), who desperately needed a liver transplant.
The surgery went well, and Sam seemed to be on the road to recovery. She woke up and even accepted Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zomprogna) marriage proposal before suddenly passing away.
General Hospital Spoilers – Lucas Jones blamed himself for Sam McCall’s death
Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) was not only Sam’s surgeon, but her half-brother as well. Although it was against hospital policy, Sam insisted that her brother perform the surgery.
So, when she died from a sudden heart attack, Lucas blamed himself. But Sam’s autopsy report came back, and the results indicated that Sam did not die from any type of surgical error. But Sam’s real cause of death was even more concerning. She apparently died from an overdose of digitalis.
GH Spoilers – Blame shifts to Elizabeth Webber
Since Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) was the nurse in change of Sam’s case, Dr. Portia Robinson (Brooke Kerr) turned her investigation her way.
Digitalis wasn’t prescribed to Sam in any way and the current working theory is that somehow Elizabeth made sort of mistake and accidentally gave Sam the drug that killed her. Of course, that’s not likely what happened either but for the time being, Elizabeth is going to have to face the fact that she might have accidentally been responsible for Sam’s death.
General Hospital Spoilers – Lucky Spencer will have Elizabeth Webber’s back!
Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) has been planning on leaving Port Charles once again to go work for the WSB. But now that he knows Elizabeth is in trouble, look for Lucky to step up for the woman he obviously still loves very much.
Liz could possibly even face criminal charges, so she’s going to need all the support she can get. This is the time for Lucky to prove just how much he still loves Elizabeth. Perhaps, he can even find a way to prove that Sam was murdered by a vengeful third party, and clear Elizabeth’s name once and for all!
