GH spoilers for the week of November 18 reveal that Lulu will awaken from her coma. When Lulu wakes up, she will be stunned to learn she’s been in a coma for four years!
However, Lulu could also wake up a bit differently. Although Lulu will learn a lot of surprising things since her four-year sleep, she could have some bombshells of her own!

During the week of November 18, fans will see Port Charles say a final goodbye to Sam. Loved ones will attend Sam’s funeral. However, there could be tension, especially after Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) punched Drew Cain Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison)!
Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) will blame Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) for Sam’s death. However, blame could shift once Sam’s autopsy report comes back. It is teased that Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will learn alarming news. It is also teased that Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) makes a vow.
As for Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi), they will both demand justice. It sounds like Sam might have been murdered!
Week of November 18, 2024
General Hospital spoilers for the week of November 18 reveal that Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) gets a surprising offer. So, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) might provide a way for Lucky to stay in Port Charles.
Jason and Danny have a heart-to-heart. Then, Jason takes a stand on an issue. Later, Jason turns to Dante for some advice. Meanwhile, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) opens up to Sasha.
Even though Michael gave Willow Tait Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) the chance to be completely honest, she didn’t admit the truth. Of course, Willow doesn’t realize that her romp with Drew ended up being recorded!
Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) continues trying to make amends to Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali). Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) shares bad news with Kristina.
Mac Scorpio (John J. York) and Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) commit to stepping up for Sasha. Felicia also recently mentioned Sasha might be overwhelmed with being a Scorpio. So, that could have Felicia taking Sasha under her wing.

Oh, so Michael gave Willow the chance to be honest with him, and gave his little speech about BOTH of them being completely honest, but I didn’t hear him telling her he helped Sonny cover up Cates murder, or that he slept with Sasha. Yeah, Willow seems to have lost her fippin’ mind (I keep hoping for a brain tumor or something) and Drew is just a disgusting, self righteous, hypocritical jerk, but Michael is no better!
