General Hospital Spoilers: Finn’s Shocking Courtroom Victory Could Bring Trouble For Drew
General Hospital spoilers tease that the malpractice suit brought against Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) and General Hospital by the Muldoon family took a shocking turn as Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) wrapped up her side of the case in court.
Things weren’t looking great for Finn as he engaged in a war of words with Diana while on the stand. But all hope wasn’t lost as Samantha McCall (Kelly Monaco) began to look into the Muldoon family.
General Hospital Spoilers – Hamilton Finn may have been set up!
Sam’s discoveries could change the whole outcome of the case. She learned that Mr. Muldoon was most likely already aware he had cancer when he visited Finn to be treated for a tapeworm.
Even more damning was the fact that the Muldoon’s had heavily invested in Aurora Media and lost a fortune when the proposed merger between Aurora and ELQ fell through.
Viewers may remember that the merger was proposed by Drew Cain (Cameron Matheson) and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) as a way to get Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) out of the company.
GH Spoilers – Carly Spencer also lost a fortune!
The Muldoon’s weren’t the only ones who lost money when the merger failed. As viewers may recall, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), acting on inside information about the merger, heavily invested in Aurora herself.
She even sold her shares of the Metro Court in order to finance the purchase of the stocks. But the Mr. Muldoon even cashed out his life insurance policy when the merger failed to happen.
Apparently, the plan all along was to target Finn and then file a fraudulent malpractice suit to restore their wealth.
General Hospital Spoilers – Victory for Hamilton Finn
Thanks to Sam, Finn will likely win the malpractice suit. But what about the Muldoon family. They certainly did a terrible thing by trying to defraud the courts.
Finn could have lost his ability to practice medicine. The hospital could have been out millions of dollars. The Quartermaine’s, specifically Drew and Michael, may feel a bit of responsibility as well.
Their family in-fighting had a great cost to so many people. Perhaps the two of them will re-think the damage their family can cause, even if that wasn’t the intent.
What do you think?
Will Finn be found innocent? Should the Muldoon family face prosecution for their actions? Do Michael and Drew bear any responsibility for what happened to the Muldoon’s?
