General Hospital spoilers and updates tease shockers will be revealed in the near future when Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) investigates Judge Albert Kim (Kurt Yue).
One shocker she may discover is that Kim was in Cyrus Renault’s (Jeff Kober) pocket and Renault wanted Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) to get the maximum.
General Hospital Spoilers: Cyrus Renault Donated All His Money After Drew Cain Saved His Life
Cyrus asking his brother, Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) to donate all his money to charity after his near-death experience may have been more than a repentant gesture.
It does look like Cyrus was pretty scared as his heart stopped beating and he had an out of body experience while Drew gave him CPR.
However, Cyrus may also be trying to hide paper trails where he was padding Judge Kim’s pockets previously.
He claimed Martin was handling his accounts but that doesn’t mean that he didn’t guide his brother in what to do with his money previously.
He could have paid off judges and wardens and the like with shadow accounts that Martin couldn’t tell were blackmail and bribe vehicles.
GH Spoilers: Cyrus Renault Knew Of Drew Cain’s Arrival
Cyrus knew all about Drew’s arrival and likely his sentence, since he was the first one to greet him when he came into the men’s prison population.
Now that Cyrus has been revealed as the boss that Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) and Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey) report to, keeping Drew close may have been a tactic.
This could have been a way for Cyrus to both get intel on Pikeman Security Group and a strategy against Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).
It all seems to fit-and once Diane and District Attorney Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) start digging, they may find a Cyrus link in all of Kim’s cases.
General Hospital Spoilers: Grudges And Revenge
Cyrus Renault isn’t the first Elmer Gantry to invade Port Charles with a false gospel, it wasn’t that long ago that another old enemy of Drew was in charge.
Remember Shiloh Archer (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) who Drew knew in Afghanistan-another mercenary arms dealer similar to Pikeman who started Dawn of Day.
Cyrus may want to take over Sonny’s place and wants all the lucrative Pikeman business.
If he could run a mob empire on the East Coast when he was still in a West Coast prison, running one from inside Pentonville is nothing.
Having Drew under his thumb may be part of his plan and might have a sweet deal going to get himself out of Pentonville for turning in Sonny!
