General Hospital spoilers tease that Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zomprogna) are not each other’s on true love. But over the few years they have managed to find romance. At first glance these two seem like a complete mismatch. Dante is member of the police force and Sam is a former con-artist turned private investigator but somehow they have managed to come together in a loving relationship.

Dante’s father, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) just asked Dante to be his best man at his own upcoming wedding to Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). Watching his father prepare for his wedding might give Dante a few ideas of his own. Look for a shocked Sam to receive a very romantic proposal in the coming weeks. But Sam may take some convincing!
GH Spoilers – Sam McCall could say NO!
Sam may very well turn Dante down, at least initially. Things are good between them just the way they are right, Sam will argue. They have both been married before and in both cases, it ended in tragedy. But both Sam and Dante have children from former relationships so he might very well feel the children need a bit of stability and order. It may take some doing, but Sam will likely come around..
General Hospital Spoilers – Will San McCall and Dante Falconeri make it to the altar?
The question remains that even if they decide to get married if they will make it to the altar? Although they were divorced at the time, Dante never stopped loving Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan). Sadly, was caught in an explosion a few years ago and suffered brain damage as a result. She has been comatose ever since. If she wakes up, Dante’s old feelings for Lulu could certainly resurface. Dante might be forced to choose between Sam and Lulu if that happens?
