3 ‘General Hospital’ Game-Changing Twists – Shocking Week of October 20 Revealed!

General Hospital spoilers reveal there are three must-see moments for the week of October 20, 2025. Fans can expect Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott) to defend herself.

Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) pushes Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) to turn himself in. Plus, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) go to their arraignment. Keep reading and let’s talk about what is coming up in the ABC soap opera.

Ronnie Bard’s Escalating War

Let’s start off with Veronica “Ronnie” Bard (Erika Slezak), who has come to Port Charles right after Monica Quartermaine’s (Lesley Charleson) death. On the day of the funeral, she showed up, enraging Tracy.

However, Ronnie has been making fast connections and allies, especially within the Quartermaine family. People seem to like her very quickly and very much. However, the war between Ronnie and Tracy is going to just get worse.

Tracy Quartermaine’s Defense

Tracy went to speak to Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) about Ronnie. The woman is determined to prove that Ronnie is scamming everyone. However, Marco says it might be tough to prove. What would help is if Tracy got the other family members on her side.

When Tracy tries to do that, she might face backlash. It seems everyone wants Ronnie to have a chance. She helped avoid their house getting searched and even pushed Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) to connect with his family, even Tracy.

So, Tracy’s attacks won’t look very good!

Michael Corinthos’ Bold Statement

Over with Michael, he makes a bold statement. It seems to make Dante’s head spin. The detective encourages Michael to confess and turn himself into the police. However, Michael is also determined to get Willow out of the kids’ lives forever.

Nina Reeves Pressured

General Hospital spoilers for the week of October 20 reveal that another must-see moment centers on Nina. The woman is determined to stick to her story to protect Willow despite video evidence showing she lied. Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) shows up at the courthouse and urges Nina to take the plea deal.

Willow Tait’s Arraignment

At Willow’s arraignment, there is a twist. In a preview clip, Willow is shocked by the judge’s decision.

Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) leans forward and can’t believe this has happened. It sounds like Willow might be remanded and not given bail or bond. That will certainly make her head spin! What does it mean for her future?

  • I hate the direction the writers are taking this story line.

    Michael have been through it.
kidnapped as a child and presumed dead.
In a coma after being shot by a stray bullet ment for Sonny. Imprisoned for protecting his mother, then raped. When he got out Sam helped him by bringing a young lady into his life only for her to be suddenly killed in an accident. Michael is once again under fire and being accused by a crooked uncle/congressman of shooting him, who seduced his wife. Let’s not forget he was in a fire where he incurred 3rd degree burns over half his body.

The writes want to now send him to prison, take away his kids and punish him again. What kind of brother is Dante that gets a kick out of sending Michael to prison. Is it jealousy because Sonny raised Michael and he grew up without a father?

Come on GH. Enough is enough. This guy deserves love because he live so hard. He deserve his children, all of them. It’s time to bring injury to the evil one. Please get rid of Drew. I’m at my ends either him and close to changing to channel 2 CBS soaps. I’ll be back when Drew is gone.
