#1 Her Explosive Relationship With Sonny Corinthos
While everyone will agree that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) has a rock-solid relationship with his wife Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) right now, there’s also no denying that Brenda Barrett was truly one of the most important loves of his life. Even though he absolutely crushed her heart by not showing up on their wedding day, simply because he couldn’t leave his mob life behind, he and Brenda have always had a strong, if not also volatile relationship, and that’s the kind of drama that General Hospital fans love to watch. We need to see a couple like Sonny and Brenda hate each other, but still love one another to the point that they can’t stand not to be apart.
#2 Might She Give Things Another Chance With Jax?
As many General Hospital fans can recall, after her disastrous wedding day to Sonny, Brenda moved back with the Quartermaines for a period of time and began a relationship with the handsome businessman, Jasper Jacks (Ingo Rademacher). After her mother drove the two of them over a cliff, it was presumed that Brenda had died. However, after Brenda’s supposed death, Jax had burned the test results of her hereditary mental illness without reading them. Jax might be the only person in Port Charles who might know the truth about Brenda. He was and perhaps still is the only person who truly cared about her, too.
#3 Brenda’s Return is What General Hospital Needs Right Now
Let’s face it: things certainly haven’t been the same ever since Brenda Barrett left Port Charles. Even though she’s committed more crimes than anyone can count, she’s also someone that everyone has deeply rooted for, seeing how she’s struggled with her own demons and mental instability. Plus, there’s no denying that she’s a beautiful woman who just wants what she believes she deserves in life – peace, love, and stability. But in a town like Port Charles, that’s never going to happen. Should Brenda return home, it’s without a doubt that she will keep everyone on their toes while also guessing about what move she will make next. Watch this space as we have a feeling that Brenda’s story isn’t over yet.

Ive always lived Vanessa in everything burger and sonny were great. She should comebackforany dsmnreason but I think Carly is gong to be in sticky water with Sonny and she’ll go to Javan’s bam there’s Brenda!
