General Hospital (GH) Spoilers: Is Brook Lynn Pregnant, Or Trying To Scam Valentin?
General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) may not even be really pregnant – she might be trying to scam Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart)! Fans should find out for sure in upcoming episodes of General Hospital!
General Hospital Spoilers – Brook Lynn Quartermaine Has A Plan And Ned Quartermaine May Have Figured It Out
General Hospital viewers will recall that BLQ, as she is popularly referred to, showed up very pregnant when she came home in a recent episode of General Hospital! She lurked outside the Quartermaine mansion and came in the back way because she spotted Valentin inside talking to Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell). Michael was surprised, to say the least when he saw her large pregnant belly, and the next one to see her was Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) and she was shocked! But when her father Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) saw her, they did have quite the discussion. No one was happy to find out that Valentin was the father, especially not Ned who couldn’t believe she slept with the man who conned her out of her ELQ shares and took over the company!
But, Brook Lynn told her father that she had a “plan”. He immediately jumped to thinking that she might be using their baby as a bargaining tool to influence Valentin into giving back ELQ! Michael thought the same thing, so Brook Lynn didn’t bother denying it. But, on the other hand, she didn’t tell him exactly what her “plan” was, either. She was quick to tell Valentin that she didn’t want him involved in raising the baby, which may not be all that unusual. However, it does seem unusual that Olivia, who was best friends with Brook Lynn’s mother Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) back in Bensonhurst, didn’t know from her that Brook Lynn was on her way back to Port Charles and pregnant! But then BLQ did mention something about that she had sworn her mother to secrecy about her pregnancy!
General Hospital Spoilers – Brook Lynn Quartermaine Was Evasive When Asked About Her Pregnancy Care
General Hospital viewers will also recall that when Brook Lynn went to General Hospital where she encountered Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and Dr. Britt Westbourne, (Kelly Thiebaud) ready to go to a Lamaze class. Brook Lynn was evasive when Britt asked her about her pregnancy care, and talked about having had it at another hospital in New York. Maxie and Britt encouraged her to have her files transferred to General Hospital, but even after Britt said she didn’t have to take Brook Lynn as a patient and could refer her to another obstetrician at General Hospital, she turned her down! That, anyone would admit, would seem very strange for a pregnant woman at least seven or eight months along to do.
She did agree to go into the Lamaze class, however after her old friend Dr. Lucas Jones (Matt Trudeau) told her he would be her breathing partner – at the insistence of Maxie, who practically dragged him to the Lamaze room. He had planned to sit in on it anyway. Brook Lynn also has been wearing her spike heels, which seems strange for a very pregnant woman – when one’s stomach is way out there like hers is, walking becomes difficult in spike heels, but then maybe she has an extraordinary sense of balance! Her feet never swell in them like many expectant mothers’ do, however. Could it be that Brook Lynn’s plan is to use her baby to scam Valentin out of ELQ? More importantly, could it be there really is no baby at all?
