General Hospital Comings and Goings: Stephen A. Smith Back in Port Charles as Brick
General Hospital spoilers reveal the tantalizing news that sports journalist and ESPN show host Stephen A. Smith (Brick) is back in Port Charles, NY on January 12, 2021. Brick is the go-to guy for the extended Corinthos crime family when things get sticky and right things are as adhesive as molasses in July.
What brings the infamous one-name know-it-all to town? Brick doesn’t just show up randomly, he always comes with a purpose. Never mind that he finds time to flirt with Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) while he’s visiting!

Smith is a huge fan of the ABC sudser in general and of Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) in particular. He debuted on the show as a reporter in 2007 and began the role of Brick in 2016.
The show has not aired details about Brick’s latest visit but it no doubt will be linked to Sonny, whether or not the Dimpled Don is dead or alive.

Sonny is currently unaccounted for which has most of Port Charles in a panic. His family is worried sick about him but some people are already writing his obituary. Here’s what we do know about Sonny’s situation: He and Julian Jerome (William deVry) were on a bridge that collapsed sending both guys into the drink. Eventually Julian was carted off in a body bag but Sonny’s body could be anywhere.
Carly firmly believes he is alive, but it’s a tale not all Port Chuck citizens think will have a happy ending. Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) for one thinks the chances that his dad is alive grower smaller by the day.
General Hospital spoilers: Will Sonny Corinthos Show Up Eventually?
Will Brick bring good news to the Corinthos family? Or is he enlisted by Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) to find the coffee purveyor, stat? As far as that goes, why hasn’t Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) found Sonny by now?!
Fans will find out if Brick is too much of a gentleman to move in on Sonny’s territory, both personally and professionally. But Brick seems to have his own criminal enterprises to keep him busy and Carly would slap him silly if he made a move on her now.
